Terms of Use for USI

​Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set forth the conditions for the use of the FX automated trading service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by UPSTAGE investment inc.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Automated Trading" refers to a software program or system that executes FX trades automatically based on parameters defined by the user.

2. "User" refers to an individual or entity that uses the Service.

Article 3 (Eligibility)

To use the Service, users must meet the following conditions:

1. They must meet the legal age requirement of their country of residence or be at least　20 years old.

2. They must have the legal right to engage in FX trading in their jurisdiction.

Article 4 (Risk Disclosure)

1. Users acknowledge that all profits and losses resulting from the use of the Service are their own responsibility.

2. FX trading is highly speculative and involves significant risk. Users must carefully assess their financial situation before using the Service.

Article 5 (User Responsibilities)

1. Users must have sufficient knowledge and experience regarding the setup and operation of automated trading.

2. Users are responsible for managing their funds and ensuring that they do not invest beyond their risk tolerance.

Article 6 (Scope and Limitations of the Service)

1. The Service strives to provide accurate information regarding the functions and strategies of automated trading, but does not guarantee any specific results.

2. The Service may be interrupted due to maintenance, system failures, or external factors outside the Company's control.

3. A minimum deposit of $3,000 is required to use the Service.

4. The Service will mature 365 days from the date of deposit into the account.

5. Withdrawals from the account will be available for seven days from the maturity date. After seven days have passed, it will be automatically renewed for 365 days. We will contact you by email regarding the maturity date.

6. withdrawals cannot be made outside of the withdrawal period for the Service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is not responsible for financial losses incurred through its use.

2. The Service is not liable for losses caused by incorrect user settings, market fluctuations, or unexpected system behavior.

Article 8 (Suspension and Termination of Accounts)

The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access if:

1. The user violates these terms.

2. The user engages in unauthorized activities.

Article 9 (Data Protection and Privacy)

The Service handles personal data in accordance with its privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

These terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s location.

Article 11 (Amendments)

The Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.Changes take effect when published on the official website.
